About Me

I am a theoretical physicist interested in understanding the behavior of quantum systems of several interacting parties in the presence of envronmental noise and external controls. My research aims to create a refined understanding of the intricacies of these phsycial systems to help us unlock the potential of modern quantum technologies.

I am currently a postdoctoral appointee in the Quantum Algorithms and Applications Collaboratory ( QuAAC ) at Sandia, mentored by Mohan Sarovar . Before joinig Sandia, I was a postdoctoral fellow in the group of Alexandre Blais at the institute quantique in Sherbrooke, Quebec. I completed my PhD in physics from the University of New Mexico, co-advised by Ivan Deutsch and Pablo Poggi . Previously, I did my undergrad at the Universidad del Valle, in Cali, Colombia, where I had my first experience in quantum research under the mentorship of Javier Madroñero Pabon .
